ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED

• Department of Biochemistry, AIMS, BG Nagara organized EPIGNOSIS 4, a state level Biochemistry Quiz competition -2019, for 1^st MBBS students in association on 24^th April 2019. 96 teams from 18 colleges across Karnataka state participated in the quiz.
• Department of Biochemistry of Mysore Medical College & Research Institute, organized 6^th state level conference of Association of Medical Biochemists-Karnataka Chapter – AMBKCCON MMC & RI 2019 On “Lifestyle, Nutrition and Cancer –The Biochemical LINC “challenges and perspectives on September 19^th to 21^st The Conference programme included a Preconference Workshop on Molecular Biology Techniques and  Oral and poster award & free presentations.
• A CME on “Updates on New Born Screening “ was organized by Department of Biochemistry, Oxford Medical College, Hospital & research Centre, Bengaluru on 23.01.2020.The scientific programme included deliberations by key speakers on new born screening principles from the perspective of both pediatricians and lab diagnosis.
• Symposium on e-content development delivery and assessment on July 23-25 , 2020 at Siddhartha Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Bangalore.
